The University of Warmia and Mazury organizes trips with Inventum

Our company was chosen as the organizer of a study visit to Finland as part of the project entitled “University of Great Possibilities – a program to improve the quality of education process management and teaching quality”. Soon a group of students together with their guardians from the University of Warmia and Mazury will fly to Hameelinna. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund.

Project description:

The main objective of the project entitled “Direction – ACTIVATION!” is to increase the level of social activity among min. 34% out of 60 people (36 women, 24 men) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of the Central Subregion of the Śląskie Voivodship and taking up employment for min. 12 people (7K, 5M) from the above-mentioned target group thanks to comprehensive support in the form of active integration services in the project in the period of September 1, 2021. – August 31, 2022

Tasks:

diagnosis of predispositions and possibilities of creating IŚR
social skills coaching
job placement
vocational training
professional internship

Project effects:

min. 12 people who took up employment as a result of the project
min. 41 people will acquire qualifications or competences
min. 6 people will be looking for a job
achieving social and employment effectiveness indicators in accordance with the Guidelines.

The project is aimed at:

people living in the Silesian Voivodeship (central subregion): Mikołowski, Będzin, Bieruńsko-Lędzińki, Gliwice, Lubliniec, Tarnowskie Góry, Zawiercie, Pszczyna, Bytom, Chorzów, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Gliwice, Jaworzno, Katowice, Mysłowice, Piekary Śląskie, Ruda Śląska, Siemanowice Śląskie, Sosnowiec. unemployed and economically inactive people , people with disabilities , people using social assistance

As part of the Project, Participants will take part in the following forms of support:

Comprehensive support of a career advisor, psychologist, coach, employment agent and job trainer
Workshops – coaching in the field of social skills
Professional training
4 month paid internship

We provide project participants with:

reimbursement of travel costs for all forms of support
training materials and catering during training
reimbursement of child or dependent care costs
accident insurance and reimbursement of medical examination costs during the internship

Implementation of the trip for the Lublin University of Technology

Lublin University of Technology
We organized a 2-day study trip for 30 project participants and 2 supervisors from December 5, 2022 to December 6, 2022.
The plan included visiting the laboratories and exhibitions at the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw and the most important monuments in Poznań. The participants also had a study visit to the Poznań University of Technology.
